WHY RENT THROUGH THIS SITE:
As owners of Loggerhead Cay 302, we are able to provide an extra discount on your monthly rental compared to other websites that list our condo for rental. 

HOW THE OWNER REFERRAL WORKS:
Use the form on the "Contact Us" page. If the condo is available (check the calendar below) we will respond with instructions on how to get in touch with Royal Shell Vacations with your discounted price. Royal Shell is our property management company that handles the reservations and many other aspects of your stay.

SUPPLIES FOR THE CONDO:
When you arrive, there will be a "starter pack" of supplies including bath soap, toilet and facial tissue, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and garbage bags.   

SPECIAL REQUESTS:
Cribs and other child items are offered at an additional charge through Royal Shell and need to be arranged prior to arrival at time of booking.

FOOD SHOPPING:
There are two grocery stores (Bailey's and Jerry's) plus numerous restaurants and several deli style stores on the Island.  Many restaurants also offer take out service.

BEACH TOWELS & CHAIRS:
Beach Towels:  You may bring your own beach towels, however, Royal Shell provides beach towels for a small fee.  Please ask Royal Shell about supplying beach towels when you arrange payment with them.  Beach towels may also be purchased at several locations on the Island.

​Beach Chairs:  Inexpensive chairs may be purchased at many locations on the Island. [Try the CVS on Palm Road]  There are places that rent chairs and beach umbrellas but depending on how long you are staying it may cost less to buy them.    Occasionally a renter may leave chairs in our condo for others to use but we do not guarantee there will be any available.  There are lounge chairs at the pool for everyone to use, but please do not remove them from the pool area.
